Same with Cena...all of you guys on yahoo answers hate these guys but batista gets some of the biggest entrance cheers on smackdown...i dont get it...plus how can you hate a guy for being competitive...he doesnt take steroids hes just a former body builder....and how would any of you guys know if he has a bad personality...i gurantee 99.9% of the people registered on yahoo answers have never met the guy

Everyone is always bashing him for bring in the Title picture, the reason is, Kane is in a rivalry of his own with big daddy v,and so is rey mysterio with MVP, and Batistas rirvalry is with taker and edge so that puts him in the title picture. This is just a case of people judging what they see on Tv

I'm with you. I love Batista. He is probably the greatest wrestler in the WWE today ( next to Triple H). He could beat anyone. People hate him because they know he could beat their favorite wrestler. He doesn't take steroids. Some people think that every person who has big muscles are on steroids. Do they stop and think that maybe he works out really hard; they rather think the worst.

Not everyone hates Batista and Cena, but those that do hate them because....
...They are not skilled wrestlers. Both Cena and Batista are not that skilled at what they are supposed to do primarily: wrestle. They both have decent-good mic skills, but that doesn't make up for bad wrestling ability, as that matters most.
Also:
-A passage from Batista's autobiography makes him look uncaring of his ex-wife, and it was also revealed that he had a "physical relationship" with Melina, the girl on RAW that is dating John Morrison
-Cena had weak rivalries with Khali, Umaga, and others and predictable matches for a long time, right until he got injured.
People don't have to meet someone to dislike them (look how many people dislike celebrities like Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan). Everyone has their fans and their haters.

I don't hate him. I hate is lack of talent yet he gets pushed over much better athletes.
I have been to live shows where he was and yes he gets a big reaction but most of it comes from kids and girls.
As for steroids I don't know for a fact if he has or has not taken them. What I do know is what i think and that is he has. Most body builders have taken them. He gets too defensive and aggressive when accused of taking steroids. He just sounds and acts guilty.
As for his personality Nope never meet him one on one all I know is what is reported. I also see how he carries himself. seems to me from how it acted off camera at the live shows that he was conceited and a jerk. He he truly wanted to give to the fans he could have gone up to the gate but he stands about 30-40 feet away jumping up and down waving.
There are guards and sturdy gates to protect him. so wanting to be safe does not work for me

they are some of the least deserving guys in the wwe as far as talent goes. batista and cena couldn't wrestle their way out of a paper bag. the reason they get cheered so much is because girls think their hot or little kids like them because they buy into the whole good guy bad guy crap. certain places they dont get cheered as much and sometimes get booed like crazy. MSG and major pay-per-views mostly. and read batistas book. he's a despicable human being. he says some horrible stuff. like he was justified in cheating on his wife who was home suffering for cancer. sounds pretty dirtbagish to me.

The only 2 wrestlers I can't stand is Batista and Orton. Both are jerks in real life. Now I know people have bad days and I know fans coming up to them all the time has to be a pain (at least on a bad day). But both are rude to fans alot. I know there are times when Batista is actually nice to fans but there have been too many times when he treats them like crap. When I have seen them I just stay back and don't bother going near them but I see how they are with others.
People can cheer for them or boo them I don't care. But sorry I have no respect for either of them.

Batista has NO wrestling skill (neither does Cena.)
And we all know he is a tool in real life because of his autobiography. What he said about his wife was just WRONG.
Here is a quote directly from his autobiography..
"Now, don't get me wrong, my ex-wife is the love of my life and I would never knowingly hurt her. However, while I was busting my butt on the road like a dog, she would sit around the house and do nothing. I mean, yeah, she had cancer, but she couldn't vacuum? And since the chemo made her "not in the mood", I had no choice but to have threesomes on the road. I mean, she's talented and I hated to see her waste her life like that when she could be a dancer, or maybe a nurse. But she's not a bad person and I take full responsibility for my actions, even though it was her fault."

More of the internet crowd & users on Y!A appreciate the workers with skill. Most people would agree Cena & Batista don't deserve their success do to their lack of real wrestling knowledge. VKM is a great business man, so he puts the WWE Title & WHC on the more popular superstars to rake in the dollars from the merchandising side.

I don't like Batista because he's an ****** and has repeatedly treated his fans like crap. It's also been said that he has absolutely no passion for the wrestling biz and that the only reason he's in it is for the money. I have to disagree with Audrina though. Roidista does have some wrestling skills but he ain't all that great.
I don't like Cena the wrestler because he doesn't have very much wrestling skills. His mic skills have all but disappeared. And was shoved down our throats as an supposedly unbeatable champ for over a year. Even though my grandma who walks with a cane could kick the crap out of him. But I do have to say this though: Cena the person is a class act for the things he's done outside of the ring. Things such has going out of his way to make children happy, things for the marines & such like that. Outside of the ring Cena truely is a stand up guy.

I agree with you and i too wanted to ask the same question for CENA.
BATISTA and CENA are awesome fighters and deserve appreciation and cheer from all of the WWE fans
people who don't admire both of these wrestlers don't understand WWE and sports talent rightly
