Physically or mentally.

What can I do?
Something like this:

A friend of mine has been jumping out of this hole everyday.
& every other week or so he digs it deep so he can jump higher.

What can I do that's so unique?

I'm thinking of training bone density or something like that.
I've done some research that breaking your bones and then letting them heal makes them stronger.

Also if you punch something really hard like a wall.
your bones with do somethin to make them stronger.

Is this a good idea?
If not give me alternatives.

Your friend is special...

Maybe you can run in front of cars, and see how badly you get hurt...what doesn't kill you, can only make you stronger, =')

Be yourself.
Lived fully, you are unique.
If you don't fill your shoes, who will.
You were birthed to live you.
Be unique and not try to be other than that.
To be yourself is the challenge, is the adventure.

In opening yourself to be you and only you,
who knows what that is.
Most likely it will bring more to humanity than jumping out of holes and digging them deeper.

Live your truth, whatever that may be.

Separate who you ARE from what you DO. You are a unique creation, and therefore what you do is unique. Since the world began and until it ends there will not be another You. So be yourself and do unique.
