They've been running this scenario all week, and it's come up OSU and Georgia.

As a Buckeye fan, I want to beat the best the SEC has to offer--after all, that means we only have to beat a weak team to shut up an entire inbred world. That means we want UGA. LSU has done nothing all year but disappoint. All hype, no guts.

Either way, I will give 3-1 odds to any jerkoff in this forum who thinks Tressel will let the SEC whip his boys again. That's why he's so hyped about the Les Miles rumors...he needs a new biotch in Ann Arbor.

SEC: OVERRATED

If Oklahoma beats Missouri, this will be the BCS's worst nightmare.

Georgia will be next in line for the National Championship Game, but HOW could the committee give Georgia the nod over LSU?

I pray to GOD Oklahoma holds on, for the sake of getting rid of the BCS.

OK, now, that that's out of the way, and I'm sure it makes PERFECT sense, right? I don't see any way LSU will jump 6 or 7 spots. I like LSU, I pull for them when they aren't playing my team, but I just don't see it happening. After this year we need to just throw out the whole thing and say "Congrats, you won the _____ Bowl, or you won your conference, now, let's try to find a system that actually works."

Last I checked Mizzou was only down by 14 at the end of the 3rd quarter. It doesnt matter whoever the buckeyes play they will lose to, they havent played a team worth 2 cents all year.

The way all the top teams keep losing I say NO national champ this year. No team deserves it. lol I know that can't happen so I guess it will end up Ohio and LSU.

I agree.
UGA didn't win the SEC and Kansas didn't win the Big 12.
VA Tech did win their conference but have two losses as well, and one of those are to LSU, who beat Va Tech 48-7.

If Mizzou loses tonight, LSU deserves a shot.

None of the teams above LSU won their conference and two of them lost today, so LSU will be number 2.

The person who said VT needs their head examined. LSU beat VT by 40 when they played.

woah woah woah, LSU doesnt deserve it. They cant jump from 7 to 2, above teams who didnt even have a chance to play. Given they werent in the conference championship games, but those are just for money. OSU just backed in, they arent too good and had one of the waekest schedules in NCAA. LSU was lucky to not lose 4 or 5 games, too many close games to weaker opponents. VT may be in it, but dont deserve it, they just might get a break because of the school shooting. I know its impossible, but why not let Hawaii in it? They won against weak competition unlike every other team.

It will just prove that college football needs a playoff so then the best team will play and win the championship not a team in Georgia that did not even win their own conference or a team in Ohio State who really did not play anyone of high quality all year.

Georgia is ranked ahead of LSU in most polls . Wish it could be Georgia or LSU vs OK or USC . Just skip Ohio St.
