When one is sexually harassed in a NYC work place by the Chairman & CEO of a company, puts an end to it which leads to hostile behavior from the head of this company, then finds out the taxes from her wages were never filed with the city, state or federal but was paid as if they were deducted. After reporting all of this to the HR department she is fired with the excuse that her position has been eleminated. I believe it's wrongful termination due to retaliation.
I'm sure she needs a lawyer but how does she find one that would be willing to take on the case and deduct his salary afterwards? And in the meantime what does she do about collecting unemployment if she doesn't have paystubs but just wire transfers on her monthly bank statements and the proof of income based on an offer letter. Where does she begin ASAP?

Honey you have a long hard road ahead of you but you keep your head up! First I would find a lawyer you keep throwing gum at a wall eventually one piece is gonna stick. I was in sort of the same boat at one time what i thought was going to be my career, but at the time i had 2 small children and this person had 3 and then i started going through a nasty divorce and he had been there much longer than I, eventually it came out and I was questioned on it because he done the same thing to another girl, hold your ground, now as far as unemployment they will send the company a letter asking why you were released but yes take the wire transfers on you bank statement and let them know this i all you have it may take a couple of weeks because there is one hold back week, if you can find a female lawyer that may even help your case not being partial here but there is men out there that would also help on these they are just few and far between i wish you the best!
