Does anyone have an explanation?

I have felt this way before. I think it is because you are tired and want to sleep you are just in this kind of sleep like state where you wish you were asleep and it feeld like everything going on around you is a dream.

Absolutely. I "daydream" all the time. I think that it's caused by exhaustion or having a lot on your mind or both. When i am tired i get DEJA VU a lot and it's really confusing, i need to double check things and always end up questioning what i know to be true. My own feelings and emotions confuse me and through all of that crazy experience i feel like i could pass out at any second. If that's what you're feeling it's probably more from stress than sleepiness. Do you have a mojor emotional conflict in your life or anything else making you anxious? Do you stay up late and get up early? Do you alternatively eat too much and too little? Those things usually cause the daydream feelings for me.
