Does anyone know if the antibiotic zithromax affects the effectiveness of birth control pills?
Specifically zithromax?

Any antibiotic will decrease the effectiveness of your BC pills, if you have concerns call your doc.

I believe it does but I couldn't find any links to back it up. I guess you should use a back up form of birth control just to be safe.
