The correct religion is the religion that works for you, that helps you to become a better individual. There are many different people in this world and we all think a little bit differently and there is a religion for each of us even if it is no religion, religion is our attempt to explain the unexplainable, it does not do a very good job, so we pick the one that we grew up with or either we pick one that we think matches what we already believe or provides the best explanations. What supports this conclusion? Well, the fact that there are so many religions is proof in and of itself.

The truth of a religion would have to be correlated with the essential truth of God's nature and will. Knowledge of God's nature might in some way be ascertained through reason, but the specifics would require a divine revelation. As far as evidence from "everyday life" one would be in the realm of making a prudential judgment in regards to criteria established by a correlation of reason, specific claims to revelation and experience. John Henry Newman's treatise entitled "The Grammar of Assent" is a helpful guide to how one might adjudicate religious claims.

Because it is in accord with "revelation", everyday life is the correct religion. Just as revelation has no impartial observers, I am not impartial concerning the everyday life that has been granted to me. Therefore I offer no evidence and forfeit any claim to objectivity regarding my everyday life.

The correct religion is one that respects others, than offers love and hope and peace and understanding.

Given how Christians hate gays and Moslems, Moslems hate Christians and Jews, etc. etc. etc. - I doubt any of those religions are correct. I have yet to find one that doesn't tell you to hate someone somehow some way.

Don't waste precious time looking for the correct religion, instead find a quiet place and search your own heart for what you are willing to believe and follow that. Not important to search for and endless wasteful search when the answer is in yourself

There is no correct religion as believers of a religion would surely only exert that theirs is the correct one as how they have been taught in their religion. That's precisely what's wrong with religion, isn't it?

I say, no religion is best.

I believe there is no "correct" religion, and that I can believe what I want now, and so can others, but we will always wonder if the nothingness, reincarnation, or heaven will actually be there. It's human nature to wonder, and as long as no one is hurting anyone else, all religions are correct.

Seriously, religion is a political structure by which we manage our understandings of our existence. We need to historically trace this political structure back to the Creator and I feel that this will define the most probable "correct" religion. Good-luck in your re-search, it should prove astoundingly meaningful!
