can i sue my neigbour for loosing a $15,000 diamond ring i have spent all night looking for? her son came over to give it to me and there was nothing in the envolpoe. i have had 2 metal detetors on it and found nothing. Can i sue my neigbour in the state of Tennessee for loosing my ring??

i was at a party and i took my ring off for somthing-i cant remeber but i know i took it off.

How would you know that THEY lost it. That sucks man. Oh, and if you sent it in the mail, mail people look in the envolopes. You can't trust them at all.You know, mabye the son took it, look all over his house, if you can't find it, I would definitely take it to the extremes. I would go and get him x-rayed.

Why did you let your neighbor use your ring?
If my wife loaned her ring out I would be pissed... and if it cost $15K, I would really be Pissed...

I would say that you both are at fault, you for lending it to her and her for sending her son bring it over....

If you are smart you would have it covered under your homeowners insurance...

If not deal with the lost....

Sue your neighbor if you have evidence to support the complaint.

I seriously doubt if your ring is lost, pal. Call the cops. That's grand theft.
