How are they different and what do you use?
I use mustard only on hot dogs and use mayo and ketchup on burgers

Mustard and onions on a hot dog, cheese, onion, ketchup, mustard, tomatoe and a bit of mayo on a burger.

I like relish, mustard and Ketchup on my hot dogs with sauerkraut or chili.
On hamburgers, I like mayo, ketchup, tomatoes, cheese and a bit bacon.

Usually ketchup and onions on hot dogs.,Once in awhile I'll use mustard.
Hamburgers I like to eat plain with cheese and lettuce or with a little ketchup.

Really its all about your taste, and yes they can be different. People think I Fing crazy because I put ketchup on turkey and cheese or italian cold cuts.
