I know what the center is, BUT I need to know about who discovered it? or when? or just anything about the discovery?

Theodor Spieker was a 19th century German geometer born 1823 died 1913.
I can find next to nothing about him on the web but he has written a geometry textbook called 'Lehrbuch der ebenen Geometrie' published in 1890.
If you could track it down you may be able to get more information on him.
Einstein apparently used Spieker's geometry textbook.

P.S. There is a modern 'Theodor Spieker' who does something to do with medicine who clogs up most internet searchs.

There is a reference, at the end of the first source below, to a paper (in German) by a T. Spieker published in the journal Archiv der Mathematik und Physik in 1870. According to the second source, the T. stands for Theodor.

There is a nice description of it here:

http://faculty.evansville.edu/ck6/tcenters/class/spieker.html

I could find practically nothing on this individual except for the fact that he lived in the 19th century. The reference I found has a question mark for his first name, so he can't be a major figure in mathematics.

Here is the reference:

Hope this helps.
