I think KISS is better and had a better career, just because they stayed around longer. Pink probably would have trumped KISS if they had a couple more albums...
but that said, I am a much bigger KISS fan, I like Floyd bt they mellow me out, while KISS has some songs that just get me going

Out of those two, I'd say KISS. But the all time best band, in my opinion, is QUEEN.
