You would need to sign up for a Free Webhosting Adress, Then you would have to know w Programing Language(HTML is the easyest its basic just text with color, Or you could do the hardest, C++ And that is 3-D and you can play around on it) But either way if you dont know a Computer Programing Language your up shits creek without a paddle
