now he is "tipping" the dog.... Should I put him in time-out, or does he need rehab? (Remember, he has already jacked my car....)

LMAO!!!...Tipping the dog?!...Thats got to be the funniest thing I have ever heard! The way I look at it, if the dog is stupid enough to fall asleep standin up..he gets what he deserves!..lol

Take the tips from the dog and buy yourself something nice for Christmas and call it a day. You can worry about rehab tomorrow.

I have 4 cats and one of them just loves beer!!! But I won't let him have more than a sip.....that would be irresponsible!! And I have enough crazy pets without a drunk cat prowling around!!!! Haha!!!!
