i just went to a defensive driving class. the teacher was telling us a story about how he was involved in two different accidents. the other guys insurance took care of on accident. and the other guy had no insurance so he took him to court. well the guy didnt pay him so he put a lein on the person that way when that person wanted to buy a car, house or apply for a credit card he wouldnt be able to because he has a lein. can yoou really put a lein on a person. i know you can put a lein on property but a person?
