We all know he's staying, but if he had left who would replace him? I think Nick Saban.

i know saban has a good contract with bama but he was in baton rouge on wednesday with louisiana state police. supposedly it was for recruiting but they don't protect coaches recruiting their state's players. his old house is for sale and he wants to buy it. before he went to bama he called LSU and asked if there was any way he could get a coaching job. he wants to go back to LSU.

I dont think Saban would be very welcomed back in Baton Rouge. I think it would have been Jack Del Rio or Steve Spurrier. With an outside chance of Tubberville.

Im still not quite sure if this isnt a stunt from LSU to get the media off their back

Saban just signed one of the fattest contracts in college football history. There is no way he was leaving Alabama.

Kirk Herbrstreet owes LSU, Michigan and the nation an apology. He was out of line. ESPN should be ashamed.

You are excatly right.

Saban left because he thought he was too good for college and went to the NFL.

He now knows LSU is the best place for him to coach but now he can't go back

It'll be interesting...After the SEC championship, he claimed he was gonna be at LSU next year...If Michigan makes an offer he can't refuse, he's in trouble...
