No, you have a disability that any man could have as well.

RE:
Is being cross eyed a bigger disadvantege if you are female?
My eyes cross inward. I've had this my whole life and have already done everything possible to treat it. At this point there is nothing more that can be done and I'm just always going to be cross eyed.
There are a number of male celebrities that are cross eyed, but NO females at all......

Hon, Jessica Alba, and Demi Moore, just to name a few, both have had issues with being cross eyed. Do you think that anyone notices? Both of these women are gorgeous, strong, independent women. They can have any man they choose to. I am sorry that you have been teased according to your disability. People who say things like that really have an issue with themselves. It is easier to pick on someone and make yourself feel better. Don't stress over people like that, feel sorry for them instead. If you haven't found a guy yet who will date you, that just means you may not be looking in the right places. Just keep on the lookout, the guys who do not want to be serious ignore them, they are not worth your time, and be patient. Mr. Right will come along. :)

My sister was born cross-eyed and unfortunately developed amblyopia as a result of it. However, her condition was so slight that it wasn't obvious from looking at her. By the time her amblyopia was discovered, it was too late to really be able to help her. I don't know if she would have had an easier time if she had been a male but maybe her second grade teacher would have been more sympathetic towards her. In those days, most teachers openly showed favoritism towards boys and were much less tolerant of girls if they didn't behave perfectly. My sister was having trouble in school due to her eye problems and the teacher thought it was because she was stupid. She ended up having to repeat second grade.

I can't pretend to know what it's like to have that condition, but I can speculate that it's probably just as hard for men who have it as it is for women. I'm really sorry that we live in such a shallow world. Too many people don't seem to realize how much it hurts people to make fun of them. Any one of us could at some point in our lives suffer an accident or illness that could leave us with a condition that makes us look different than most others. I, for one, would hope that most people would see beyond the condition and look into the heart of the person, instead. What is valuable and most beautiful about people are the qualities that lie beneath the surface.

I think men with cross eyes would have the same reactions as women with cross eyes.
Here's what I do know though....
It may not even be as much about the cross eyes, as it is your insecurity about it... I mean...I know people with physical flaws, but personalities to knock your socks off and they have no problems attracting members of the opposite sex.
develop an awesome personality, and you will attract someone who isn't to shallow to judge you by your appearance.
Best wishes~

Women are so quick to point out the shallowness of men, but women are worse then men. Trust me. Examples;
Men who work at fast food restaurants are nice to fat ugly women. Women who work at fast food restaurants are not nice to fat ugly guys, you just see for yourself.
Women say why do guys like, so and so, they are not a good actress and they are obviously anorexic. Then say I don't like this actor, I cant stand looking at his face. I like these guys, then lists guys who are all skinny or have large penises. Then they say I like this actor because he is cute. How many men say I can't stand that actor, he is just getting roles for his looks.
Men look at looks, women look at what are you wearing! Which is more shallow, wanting something beautiful or wanting material things.
So in conclusion women are shallower than men because most woman will not admit it, even though they are and the men who are shallow usually will admit it, and there are more who could care less about looks.
In answer to your question, it is harder for men when dealing with the opposite sex, but easier when dealing with other men since guys don't judge other guys on looks.
Us ugly people need to revolt, we do all the hardwork while the pretty people get the managerial jobs and don't do ****!

Life is a humor to those who think and a tragedy to those who feel.

I think it would be easier if you were a guy. I must admit that I also cannot help but be a little thrown off by eye abnormalities, with the exception of lacking one.
You will simply have to attract someone through personality, be willing to alter what you want.
