The nesting season generally occurs between April and July, with May and June the most important months. It says they are usually active the rest of the year I would call a vet

Reptile hibernation is called brumation. Generally reptiles indoors do not brumate unless the conditions are too cold and call for it too survive or the owner induces a brumation for the benefits it has on breeding. If your conditions (temps, lights, food) are correct then it is probably just a natural reaction to the change in climate. Many reptiles and amphibians will become lethargic and slow there eating around this time even though they will not be going into brumation, it is natural and seldom harmful. Increase the temps by a couple degrees and keep the lights on for 14 hours a day and that should change them in a few days to a week. If not then contact a vet.

They do NOT have to hibernate, and WILL waste away if not kept warm enough.
