gee whiz cheese whiz.. with some at least 12 year old Mcallum scotch to wash it down.. cheese whiz is good on sandwicheds, good with pasta, brochli and caulflower, as well as with footlong coney's.. it spreads easy and taste good.. and it ain't bad right out of the jar..

I love all cheeses except raclette.....If you like fine cheese check out www.mozzco.com. It's a company in Dallas that makes fresh mozzarella, the best blue cheese ever, and a myriad of other cheeses.

I prefer a nice strong cheese...like blue cheese or Stilton...with a glass of Port or dessert wine...perhaps the Blackberry wine from Oak Hills Winery in Chelsea. :)

I like mild cheddar cheese a lot. White cheddar 2nd! Just in cheese sticks to snack on. That's the only way I will eat it - portition control. I just eat it because its high-fat.
