I usually mail out my claim form on Monday and receive the check on Saturday. I just called the automated system and they said they paid out on the 29th but haven't received anything yet.. I was just wondering if they've already issued the check then that means it's on it's way to me? Or can they issue the check and hold it for some reason? Thanks for your response!

if they say they sent it, there is no hold against it--so it MAY have gotten lost in the mail. You are MUCH BETTER off to have benefit checks DIRECT DEPOSITED in your checking account. A friend of mine does this. He files his claim by computer on Sunday, gets e-mail confirmation on Monday, and the money is IN HIS ACCOUNT on Tuesday morning. He can even verify with his bank on line that the funds came in Tuesday morning.
