i reuse them, and even some pop bottles and paper towel rolls and such. they really help with some projects.

I have water bottles that are years old. The only way they get disposed of is when I lose them, or when someone confiscates them (airports).
It is not "cheap" to re-use bottles. It is environmentally friendly.
By the way, did you know that recycled bottles go into making polar fleece fabric?

i use the Smartwater bottles and fill them with filtered water. no use in wasting a bottle just to buy another one!
