yes, it is normal. to keep irritation down, just before you shave them, take a hot rag and press it against the pubic area for about 5 mins. this will open up the pores and make it easier to cut and wont bother you as much. just use a regular hair shaver if you have it. otherwise use whatever you have. just be careful. good luck.

It is alright to shave it. I do. Just use the ordinary shaver. To make it more interesting, ask your wife or girlfriend to do it for you.
