It won't help. You might consider taking a prep course and taking the test again, but if not, you might consider one of the many fine California State Universities.

I assume you have a 4.0 average because of some sort of weighted grading system. Your 86 and 89 are not A's anywhere I know of and your math grades are definitely not good enough.

Are you a football player? Because that's the only way you're getting into either of those universities.

Why not try for something more realistic? There are plenty of great colleges that would love to have someone who is passionate about writing (and has great writing score, good reading score, a bit above average math score).

You should look at what their individual requirements are. You could also get a tutor and retake them just to better your chances if you are that concerned about it.
