I knew an extremely good-looking guy who was always a Mommas-boy. He wore it well. He was atheletic .. and all man. He was close to his Mom. It never bothered him .. it didn't embarrass him at all over many years.
He was his own man.
Then .. he got married. And .. the wife nagged him about it.
The Mother did not interfere with him & his wife at all .. ever.
They all lived in different towns .. and the Mother did not visit .. and rarely called. However , the wife would not let the knowledge of it be.
So .. the son finally developed an attitude because the wife kept on about it. He felt funny .. being married .. and his wife would not let up.
It finally caused the whole family to sort-of break-up because the family did not want to cause a single problem. The problem lay with a controlling & jealous wife.
Never before .. had this guy been bothered. He had been such a man always.
The love shared beween a son and his mother is dear. There are mothers who try to rule .. but there are also many mothers who just want their sons to live their lives .. and the mother loves them from afar.
People who make fun of men who love their mom .. somehow has a weakness problem in their own lives.
The most menly men, in the whole wide world, can be momma's boys ... and be proud of it.

Some are, only because they fear the rejection of the love from their mother if they act independently. Mothers who dominate the lives of their sons are really insecure, and fear being alone in their old age. It's a very complicated dynamic. Personally, I just am bored with anyone who does not exercise the activity of becoming independent. Independence provides mental growth, a stronger ego, a healthier sense of self, and the development of a love for ones mother that is based on respect and admiration, for the woman who gave him life and the opportunity for using this life to be all he can be. Dependence and obedience are not the result of feeling loved. They only result in self resentment.

i could say that except there's a well being appropriate project, or a recent passing, known is slightly too regularly for a married guy or woman to be in communique with their make certain. If its in ordinary terms a speedy verify "How's each and every thing? opt for something? No? ok see you later" form of element, its not too undesirable. yet whilst its long all night conversations, or morning midday and night, confident, i could be miffed too.
