Both are division rivals of my closest ML Team, but of the two, I will say the Red Sox.
But, I like Tampa Bay better than both actually, poor Tampa Bay

I hate them both, in different ways. As a Cleveland Indians fan I can't believe I'm saying this (even when the RED SOX beat us in the ALCS) I still like the Bo Sox better because the Yankees in my opinion are spoiled. Example: After game 2 in the ALDS when those Canadian Soldier ants attacked the yankees AND us during the game (we won) the yankee fans (on the message boards on mlb.com)called our home field a dump. They only came cause of the wind and the humidity. Finally we won that game WITHOUT that bug spray that the Yankees used. I don't think the Red Sox and their fans are that bad. So, Red Sox.

I am a Dodgers fan that would go with the Yankees over the Red Sox.

I look for questions in the baseball section but it is overrun with Red Sox and Yankees questions.... Kind of sad.... Really it's mostly Yankees question, which is the most hated team in baseball and I have seen this exact question about 30 times. Kudos to those of you who pay attention to the sport of baseball entirely and realize that baseball is more than the Yankees and Red Sox.

The Red Sox are the new Yankees, seems like they continually hog all the good talent in the league and overpay for the likes of Matsuzaka.
