Yes he will, people remember facts, textbooks teach us facts.

and the fact is that at 28% and dropping, his approval rating is lower then many people ever thought anyone could go.

so in 100 years when no one was alive to see bush or carter, they will see things like the approval rating and make there own decisions.

Its not just his approval rating either, there is also the war, trying to privitize social sec. and spending 7 years trying to catch one person and not being able to do it. (BIN well you know the rest of the name, haha)

Happy holidays to ALL!!

It's much too early to assess Bush's ranking as President. There's kind of an unwritten (in fact, it may be written in some places) "rule" among historians not to fully assess or rank a President until about 20 years after he (or, in the future, she) leaves office.

Consider that historians are just now really starting to fully rank and assess Ronald Reagan.

It's much to early for George W. Bush.

But, I suspect, he will NOT go down as the worst. He'll probably be somewhere in the middle of the pack.

Not as long as Jimmy Carter is remembered as part of America's list of Presidents.
Erase Jimmy Carter (who wins by a landslide) and MAYBE George Bush would be in the running.

No, since Presidents who fight to defend their country in a time of war are looked upon favorable by historians long after they have left office.

I can't imagine that. He did a lot of good. The war on terror is a noble cause and it looks like things are getting better. I just wish the southern border would be closed.

By some yes, and others no. It is a matter of opinion, which pretty much makes your question useless.
