Heck yes, I think about cheese all the time. We don't have any in the fridge and it's driving me insane. It would be nice to see other people give their thoughts and questions about cheese. It's such a wonderful thing..

I think so. Like what Blue Cheese is the best. How to tell if a swiss in any good... Why did they call it Emmenthaler? What does Gouda mean in Dutch? Those would all be good questions. Ice Cream ones too.. since its the same industry.
