I have an awesome AP History teacher. He has helped me a lot. I would like to get him something for Christmas, but I don't know what to get him. Do you have any suggestions? I want this to be unique and special for him, to show how much I appreciate his help.

Thank you for your time/suggestions.

I just want to show gratitude. I usually get my teachers a present, but they are usually girls. Thank you for all the wonderful suggestions.

Try to find out what he likes, then get him something to do with that. Like if you know his favorite band you could get him an album of theirs. His favorite author, you might get him one of their novels. If he enjoys studying history as much as teaching it, you might get him a DVD documentary or a book on some historic subject.

Don't spend a lot of money. Maybe like $20. Get him something that pertains to the era he helped you with the most. Get a nicknak or something he would be able to keep on his desk. Remember he is your teacher and these days you have to be very careful with student teacher relationships. Check the school rules before doing anything.

Oh, that's really nice of you.

- A card telling him the impact that his teaching has made

- Gift card to The School Box (teacher store)

- A book on history dealing with unknown history like

You can always make him up a special gift basket with homemade goodies. You can line the basket with a nice Christmas towel and wrap it in a nice cellophane bag. Teachers always enjoy homemade gifts!! Have a wonderful Christmas!!!
