Milk is only good for the body if it is organic and doesn't contain growth hormone. I read an article once by a vet who said that it isn't necessarily the growth hormone that is so bad, but all the things that result from it. By giving cows that hormone, they force them to produce more milk quicker, which leads to infections in their udders. To fight the infections, the cows have to then be given antibiotics. So you have in your milk traces of growth hormone, infection and antibiotics. How yummy does that sound?
As for the flouride, it is pure poison! I took my family off flouride toothpastes and mouth rinses a long time ago. We use products containing xylitol now and our mouths haven't been healthier. No cavities either!

All milk contains hormones naturally, as do many foods.
No milk contains synthetic hormone, as the hormone that is used to make cows produce more is not transferred into the milk. There is no way to test whether milk is from treated cows so farmers are on the honesty policy.
No milk produced for human consumption contains antibiotics. Milk is tested before it leaves the farm and is not accepted if there is any trace of antibiotics. Not only is it a problem for human health, but milk that is destined for cheese will not form cheese if antibiotics are in the milk.
Re: the videos
Organic does not guarantee that the cows are grass fed. The law is very loose about "access to pasture"

Why is this question being asked under the Politics & Goveernment heading?
Is it possible you may wnt the Government to regulate everything we consume?
Heaven forbid!
I never drink flouridated water and what milk I drink is skim milk. That's MY choice. I dont need the Government to make that decision. I do need NO RESTRICTIONS (freedom of speech) to block my receiving the information I need to make my own choices.
Distortions of facts should be eliminated, and deliberate attempts to DISTORT facts should become a criminal (or at least liable) offense.

I enjoy drinking skim milk. I hope it's good for me, but honestly, I don't know. What I do know is that I like it and it is my choice to buy it. Water,on the other hand, is provided by my town. I have no choice, but to use this in my home(except for drinking,I can buy bottled water). Recently my town decided that it had to add flouride. Even after public opposition,it was added anyway. Whether flouride is good for your teeth or not. It shouldn't be forced on the public. With that said, I enjoy drinking (flouride free) bottled water, but have to shower with flouride tainted water. I hope flouride is good for my skin.

Too much of anything will be bad for you.
BUT if taken in moderate amounts why shouldn't it be good for you? Milk and water helps with purifying the body system, teeth and skin, bones, muscles, mind, concentration and helps with growth!
So to go without completely will be a bad decision!

Fluoride is undoubtedly beneficial for most people. Milk is helpful for many, although some are lactose intolerant.
Deciding the truth about scientific questions is not easy. Most people know little about science, and they don't know how to weigh all the conflicting opinions.

Yes and yes.
People love all the scare stories, but they forget that we are living longer today than ever before.
Some folks think I'm nuts, but I don't want organic food. I want food that has been sprayed with pesticide, so there are no bugs in it. I want food that's been genetically modified, so it's bigger, juicier, and tastier, and last longer on the shelves. I want preservatives, so my food doesn't rot.
Like I said, we're living longer now than ever before. Better living through chemicals!
