why is that if a man who is married gives a female worker a ride back home when her car is broken and the wife finds out he slammed with a possible divorce and when he wants a paternity test cause he has doubts he is slammed with a possible divorce. why is that?

and why is that in some states if your wife gives birth to a child its your automatically even if DNA says its not?

there is no state law that makes the child that is born to be automatically yours even if DNA tests say different. that is just plain stupid. if a wife loves a man and she done nothing wrong then she should submit to a paternity test and not fight, if a man has be found out to be giving a female co worker rides home if he loves his wife she should explain without fighting.

We all must be absolutely careful when it come to appearances. The real answer is that if you talk to your wife beforehand, you can avoid many issues.
The issue about paternity. Is this coming after a fight? We men can be pretty insensitive sometimes and words just fly out of our mouths faster than our brains can think. Take a deep breath and come at this with a clear head. Be man enough to apologize for any misunderstandings or hurt feelings and then work this out. Get some help for God's sake! please remember: Divorce hurts EVERYBODY! You can't do this on your own seek help.... It's not too late.

The answer to this is really quite simple. By not telling the wife that you are giving another woman a ride home you are lying by omission and creating doubt in her mind and rightfully so.
By asking for a DNA you are implying that she is cheating, lying and who---ing around. That is something every woman wants to hear from her husband. You give guys a bad name all on your own. Its not unfairness, its stupidness

unless she has neurotic jealousy, what is you past? What reasons have you given her to distrust?
If she really is just neurotically jealous, then it is your gain she is divorcing you
