You should be feeding your turtle other things like lettuce, pellets, fruits, veggies. Worms should only be given like 1 time a month. To many will cause shell pyramiding and yes, cause your turtle to get all stuffed up. Your turtle must be VERY sick!
I think that you should have done your research before you went out and started to take care of a turtle that you dont even know how to take care of.
Go through the section of http://www.redearslider.com for all the feeding and care that you should be giving your turtle.
And the forum - http://www/redearslider.com/foum There you sign up and can ask questions about your turtle.
Sorry for sounding so harsh. It just makes me sad when people aren't taking care of their pets correctly.

ok i am not here for the points but here to help, my turtle ate worms most of his life to and if thats all they eat then they aren't getting all the nutrients they need to stay healthy. your turtle can get sick just because of the worms. i changed my turtles diet right after i came back from the vet. take it to the vet, the should tell you what i told you. the thing your turtle needs is live fish small enough to eat it has bones in there that they need like the calcuim but you can also get a calcium bone or powder. but if you need more info just email me.

good luck!!

Superworms are not a nutritionally complete food for turtles. If that is the main diet, there are metabolic and nerve problems and the turtle needs immediate and aggressive help.
