No one is going to pay you to surf the net, but you can sell stuff on eBay. You probably have junk in your closet that someone will pay for. There are a million scams that you could try to get in on if you don't mind cheating people out of their money. Set up a web-site with google ad-sense. There's always forex, metatrader over-optimized systems and freedomrocks.

First, don't believe all the hype. There are no programs that are going to make your rich over night. Can you make money on the Internet? Absolutely, there are hundreds of ways to do it, but there is a learning curve depending on what you decide to do.
