You know how some people have terrible self-esteem even if they shouldn't? Well this is just as horrible but on the other side of the spectrum.

Probably because their parents told them that they are from birth.
For example, Paris Hilton's mother told her 2 daughters that they were better than others and that the rules that others follow don't pertain to them.
Now, I know that most don't have families like the Hilton's, but the idea is the same. If a child grows up hearing his daddy say how low other people are and how much better he and his kind are than other people, the child will grow up believing it as well.

My best friends daughter is like this. I can't stand the b*tch. But I have to say that her mother created the monster. She told her from day 1 how beautiful, smart, and wonderful she is, and never disaplined her when she acted up,blah blah blah. In actuality, the girl is a 37 year old smart ***, selfish as hell, no manners, obnoxious and very manly looking with thick eyebrows and not pretty in the least, and has a weird figure with small boobs, thick waist, flat ***, big hips and skinny bird legs.

Simply because I usually am. I've had to deal with stupid people my entire life who made fun of me because I made good grades and spoke proper English. I remember responding to their "You think you're better than us, don't you?" question with "No. Actually I know for a fact that I'm better than you." I urge everyone else to do the same.
Nothing wrong with stroking your own ego, as long as it's done in moderation and with clear rationale.

i don't think i'm super high and mighty, but i think i'm better than a murderer, a selfish person, a thief etc because i have better morals. do i speak or treat them condescendingly? no, but i know i have a better character than them.
my only area of vanity is my looks. God definitely spent a whole bunch of time on my face. i feel bad for my sisters, they hate me. if i was them i'd hate me too. i actually tell them that all the time. just so they know who is prettiest. i also tell that to all of my cousins and friends. as long as it is true :)

they dont. there just jealous so they go around spreading rumors and all that crap to make themselfs feel better about themselfs, or maybe they don't have a life.

i dunno about other people but ill tell you why i think im better than everyone else
BECAUSE I AM Ihaha just kidding)
i think its because they were spoiled and there mummys and daddys always gave them all they wanted, and they've never had to work for anything in their life.
or they're just upthemselves
