I love Nora Roberts also & her "In Death" series written as JD Robb. I also like Julie Garwood (both her early romances & her more recent suspense), Elizabeth Lowell (again, her early romances & recent suspense), Kay Hooper (I've got lots of her early works but have really gotten into her recent paranormal line), and Judith McNaught.
I don't think it's possible to think of a favorite book--my favorite would change depending on my mood.

I really love reading V.C Andrews. My favorite book by her is My Sweet Audrina.
I am a big reader though. I read all kind of books and don't really stick with a specific author.
