Nothing notable changes. I had my vasectomy 20 years ago. I never noted a change in it after getting the surgery. Everything is the same as before.

I noted a slight reduction is the quantity since I turned 40, but that is age, not the surgery.

Over the years, I have noted that some women feel better about giving oral sex to men with vasectomies. Maybe it tastes better.

There is no difference in taste or volume or viscosity. Ejaculate fluid is the product of a man's prostate gland. Ejaculate fluid is not affected by a vasectomy. What is affected is that in a healthy male somewhere between 200 and 600 million sperm are present in ejaculate fluid whereas a man who has had a vasectomy has no sperm in his ejaculate fluid.
