I think you should go out and explore the world. An idle mind is the devils playground. In other words if you stay at home doing nothing, your mind may stay on the troubles you have. So take this time that you have free and explore the world, meet new people, and live your life.

Get out and do things, keeping yourself busy, doesn't mean your not relaxing. Besides if that's what you need right now, do it. Your the one who knows best what you need, calenders are for reminders or planning. Relaxing can be done anytime, and for most is done almost every night while sleeping. Relaxing is a state of mind. I hope you find peace of mind soon.

Sounds to me that it's not normal for you not to be busy... And your life is changing... getting out into the world, doing what makes you feel like yourself again helps. It's hard to focus and not to get in that cycle thinking, where you feel vulnerable so you can heal. Letting go is the hardest part. BUT doing things that you truly love on your week off is something you owe to yourself.

Do something that let's relax and go out into the world.
If you can afford it there are some great prices on cruises this time of the year......and they have a lot of last minute cancellations.
There's always single women on a cruise....you can have fun, build up your self-esteem......and be ready to come back to the real world.
Don't get serious though.....it's just for fun.

My friend, you have asked a question that echos to the deepest part of all of us...... "to be or not to be...."
You definitely need some you time. But how you choose to use that time can only come from you. I guess the best idea is to get some kind of grief/divorce counseling. It sounds like you definitely need time to reset.
Good Luck and God Bless.

I normally don't condone prostitution, but it really sounds like you need a hooker to get back in the saddle. Try Erotic Services on craigslist. Good luck!

Go learn that you need to make time to make your life happy and meaningful. that is why she left you. you most likely did not give her the attention you gave other things.
