I have never heard of the value you are looking for, 60 Ampere tells me it is for a stove or air conditioner or home heater, or even a main breaker,,,
Electricians use Amperes and Volts to determine the breakers required for appliances,
60 amps is most likely a 220 or 240 volt ...( 2 differing 120 volt lines on one circuit )
The Bs1361 sounds like a manufacturers item number...
this would help find a replacement,
But do you know anything about working in a circuit breaker box ?? If the answer is no and...
If you cannot kill power to the whole panel ... you need professional help.
