White smoke often indicates burning water/coolant, which prolly means a burnt head gasket. Take out the spark plugs and look for a perfectly clean one. Thats the bad cylinder.

for one if you got white smoke you got head gasket or a cracked head problems the missing is water on the spark plugs

blown head gasket.
you have water leaking into the cumbustion chamber.
if you flooded it the smoke would be black.
white smoke is steam.
