Just complicated for those with no imagination.

A young schizophrenic named Struther
Was his sister as well as his brother
Seems one is quite mad
and the other's a cad
And neither's aware of the other.

(Perhaps your best limerick yet)!

A young schizophrenic named Struther,
His sister he once tried to smother,
When suddenly he heard,
Himself saying a word:
"Don't you know that we're one another?"

Are you aware that a limerick is a kind of humorous verse of five lines, in which the first, second, and fifth lines rhyme with each other, and the third and fourth lines, which are shorter, form a rhymed couplet?

Rather complex for Yahoo.com!

Fell in love with another
Man or beast he did not care
As long as they didn't make fun of his underware
Like his little @sshole brother!
