What? You can't HAVE your own widow unless you are dead. Do you mean you are in love with someone else's widow's sister? Like Jack and Ellen were married. Ellen and Jill are sisters. Jack died. Ellen is now a widow and you're in love with her sister, Jill.
There's nothing wrong with being in love with someone who has a widowed sister though....have you got some kind of crazy insurance fraud thing going on???

A woman becomes a widow when her spouse dies. If you're saying that she is YOUR widow, that means you were her spouse, but you have died. There is no other way for a woman to be a widow, than her spouse dying.
Therefore you can't marry anyone. I do believe it is illegal to marry the dead in all states.

just live together or move to where it is legal. that is about all you can do. Ask a lawyer if it is ok if you marry in another state. Or go to the court house and find out about the law. It is most likely not a inforced law unless it looks like there is something foul going on.
