I have pcos. My doctor put me on metformin to conceive. Did you conceive on it? Thanks. Fingers crossed!!

I am on metformin this is my 3 month and I am still waitng for a (+) hpt so far my cycles for 2 months was normal this month sort of throw off

i am on metformin. no pregnancu yet but i am hopeful. i have been o it for abt 3 months and had a 48 day cycle and a 36 day cycle. i'm hoping this is a good month.
the worst thing about met are side effects. i am on 1000mg and am doing fine but i can't seem to go up tp 1500mg without becoming incredibly sick, nausea. start with low doses and work your way up.

Wow I hope not , I am a guy and I take metformin for diabetes but hey whatever works.

I am ttc also. but wat did your doctor say that metformin is good for when trying to conceive. cuz my mom has diabetes and my dad and they are both on metformin. how long have you been ttc. and what other methods if you dont mind me asking have you tried.best of everything to you.

I did not get pregnant but it helped a lot. I just stopped taking the pills and had surgery. Good luck
