For you who are saying you will trust my saying " Don't trust me" then you already trusted me, then you didn't trust my saying " Don't trust me".
Actually it should be "Don't trust me whatever".

And if you would say that you wouldn't trust my saying, then you already trusted me.
Dilemma, it is supposed to be!

duckula_182, How can I be honest for my first statment and then unhonest for other things that I say or do.
It is like magic (the film Liar), getting honest at one moment and then continue to be unhonest!

Haha yes. I would actually trust that you were telling me the truth by saying "Dont trust me". And therefore, later on in life, if I were to come into a situation where I would have to contemplate the trust I have in you, then I would take into account that you told me not to trust you. But if we're talking about the trust I have in you at this moment in time, then I think I would have the same amount of trust in you than I do in any other stranger, regardless on whether you told me not to trust you or not becuase I feel it is my responsability and decision on whether I feel I can trust you or not, and it is not for you to tell me to not trust me.

Does that make sense?

Yes, I would trust that "dont trust me".

I would trust the first statement only, you seem honest enough to allow me to know not to trust anything else you say.

If you said "trust me" i would be skeptical, cause your trying to influence my judgement in a way which will benefit you more.
Dont trust me, seems more selfless, and it might benefit myself, like your doing it for my own good, cause I would have nothing to lose.

Trusting you is a risk, not trusting you seems safer.

I actually knew someone who introduced himself with the line "Look lads don't trust me, I'm a former heroin addict. I'm almost off the gear, but if I fall off the wagon your TV is gone." Interestingly, with hindsight he was the most trustworthy person I've met (possibly because we had low expectations).

Either you're trustworthy or you're not.

If you are trustworthy, then you must have good reason for saying "Don't trust me" - so I would trust what you said and wouldn't trust you in general.

If you are not trustworthy, then you're being honest - so, again, I would trust what you said and wouldn't trust you in general.

You're just too hawt to trust, Zalem!

If you said "trust me" or "don't trust me" ... I'd just nod and do whatever you asked... lol...!

The thing about untrustworthy people is that they mix honesty with falsehoods... so one can never tell with them ~ whatever they say.

I would always trust you to say the truth, as you believe it in your own mind.
