Yes, it's safe and I wouldn't put them in a separate load either.
If your label states that you can machine wash your blouses with warm water it's safe to also wash them in cold water, but not the other way around, because then you'd risk shrinkage of your clothing.
The only reason to wash your two blouses in warm water would be that warmer water might get stains out better (especially greasy stains), but then again, if you have clothes that you can wash in hot water the heat of the water could set certain stains.

i wash all my clothes in cold regardless of the tags. it is better to wash in cold as you won't harm the garment. However, I never wash in warm or hot if it needs to be in cold. You could discolor or shrink whatever garment yo are washing.

I wash everything in cold and i have never had a problem. i think it is safer to wash something in cold then in warm. warm or hot water will make things shrink. i really think it's okay. I do it and everything turns out fine. :) good luck.

It's ok to wash your blouse in cold water. but if something says to wash it in cold water and you wash it in hot or warm you can ruin it.
