vincent - I sleep on my stomach and I breathe through my mouth...which apparenltly...is weird haha
IN2U2 - I was just curious cause me and my roommate were talking about it and she said what I do is weird/odd and I guess she was right lol (she sleeps on her side and breathes through her nose)

1. I start out on my back to relax and contemplate how my day went and my goals for the next day. Then I turn over on my side and fall asleep.
2) I usually start breathing with my mouth, but as I become more relaxed I end up breathing through my nose. I've noticed that the back of my tongue naturally goes to the roof of my mouth and closes off the air passage when I feel fully relaxed, automatically making me breath through my nose.

I sleep on my side and more to the stomach so i am stretched out covering the middle of the bed and i breath out of my nose and what happens after i am a sleep i don't know and my daughter says i snore, don't know if that is true or not.Have a Great Day.

Sleep on my stomach. And to breathe I use my nose, well if I'm sick with either allergies or flu, the mouth.

1. Side- I'm not big on sleeping on my back and I HATE sleeping on my stomach.
2. Nose- at least that's how I fall asleep...O.o
