I am also wondering if the site has any shopping aids, like:
search engines, online e-mail or real-time help (people), ect.
Please tell me what you know! Thanks!

Try Cnet Reviews and Toms Hardware. Links are below. These are websites that review products rather than stores trying to sell you something.

I ordered off e-bay for the first time ...and had a good experience. I saw some laptops, some you can bid on and some you can buy right away...just go there and type in what you're looking for. Good luck! Oh, and you can e-mail whoever you are working with and ask questions. They have some stores that offer refurbished electronics at good prices.

There is no such thing. If you are looking for something new and high quality, be prepared to pay top dollar. If you want to get something inexpensive, you should relax your requirements on age and/or quality.
