It's a double sided stick of RAM, but It reads not all of my memory. it rips me off 128mb.

part of your ram is shared with the Video Chipset.
I would not be surpise if you tell me, you video card is an Intel 950M accelerator or something similar.
The best you can do is to get stand alone graphic card.
Check www.newegg.com for that, they usually have unbeatable prices.

Most likely your computer has integrated graphics using shared memory. Most modern computers have an independent graphic cards which connects to the motherboard. These graphic cards have their own RAM and don't need to use the computer's RAM. However, in older and/or low-end computers, there is no independent graphic card. Instead graphics are integrated on to the motherboard itself and share the RAM. As a result, even though you have installed 512MB, 128MB is being used by the integrated graphics leaving only 384MB available for use.

I am going to guess that you have onboard Video. That is where that 128mb of ram is being utilized. The way to fix it is by getting an 'above board' video card, and disabling the onboard one in your bios.
