Yes. I watch quite a few of the Saturday morning cartoons: Chaotic, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Fast Forward, A little bit of Viva Pinata; as well as several of the cartoons on Kids WB. I'm a sucker for cartoons.

I am 13 and I watch Pokemon, Scooby-Doo, Tom and Jerry and probably some more I can't think of right now.
I also watch shows preschool with my three year old cousin like The Backyardagins, Dora the Explorer, Barney, Little Bear, The Wiggles (Those guys rock!) and Barbie.
