this year like every other year on my dad's side of the family all the kids under 18 draw names to buy gifts for each other. and there r at least 20 kids under 18. but the problem is that me and my sister both got the name of one of the triplets in our family. they r only a few years old (like 3 i dont know its hard to keep track). so our problem is, should we buy the them the same gift so they cant get jealous or should we buy them different gifts. last year my sister got one of them and she bought her a gift and the other two were really jealous. what would u do in this situation. we r trying to figure this out and dont know what to do. we dont want them to get jealous of each other

The most peaceful thing to do is to buy all 3 of the little ones the same thing. At 3 they will get jealous and this way they will all be happy opening their present.

Buy separate gifts. I say this because that is life. The are all individual people and have individual taste even at 3. Perhaps it's hard to learn as a child but they shouldn't shielded from this. As they grown older they will want to be seen as individuals. It's up to their parents to to deal with this issue.

Even my sister sometimes would get gets that I would really like but their parents should also teach them to share. What fun is it if they all have the same stuff all the time. They will start to think they should all get the same grades in school they should all get equal portions of food...everything should always be equal.

Get them different gifts. I used to be best friends with a set of triplets and they were as different as night and day. They might look alike, but that was it. Besides, if they get different gifts, they can share them with each other and it's like getting a new present for a little bit.
