If he simply asks to and it's not a command then yes I will. He would do the same for me.
He does things for me, too. In a real relationship you do things for each other.

It would depend on the time of day. I used to have a good friend who asked me to make a sandwich for him at three in the morning. I made it and then smeared it all over him. I told him the next time he wanted something to eat, to make it himself. He laughed. By the way, mayo is really hard to get out of the sheets.

Im old school so if I asked in a respectful way theres no reason for her not to unless shes busy, but I would respect that and not of asked in the first place.

Asking being the key word. Yes, I would do the FAVOR. A man telling a woman to make him a sandwich is a different story.
The real question is.. If a woman were to ask a MAN to make her one, would he?

Depends on if he asked or told. But since in your question you stated he asked I would say yeah prbly, unless I was in the middle of something more pressing.

Yes. When I "hint" that I would like some hot chocolate, he goes and makes some for me. He does those sort of things for me, and I do the same.
