Many impressionist classical products are impressive for relax and meditation. listed the following are some recommendations: Maurice Ravel's "Jeux D'eau" a lot of Claude Debussy's works, especially the preludes (Books a million & 2) & Prelude a l'apres-midi d'un faune Lili Boulanger's "Soir sur la plaine", D'un Jardin Vieux, and D'un Jardin Clair. those are a sturdy position to commence :)

I use to relax to some of the Enigma tunes that came out back in the 80's & 90's. A lot of my students I taught aerobics to loved their music to cool down and relax to.
