RAM is memory and is needed to run programs. To defrag, If you want to use the built in tool (XP), you can first boot into Safe Mode (preferably) and then access the defragmenter from start>accessories>systemtools>diskdefrag... Make sure you have atleast 15% free space for the task (some third party tools do a great job even with much lesser free space) and also run a diskcleanup prior to it so that you dont waste time defragmenting files you need to delete anyways.

Hi. RAM is Random Access Memory and is in the form of a stick near the CPU. Defrag is at "Start> All Programs> Accesssories> System tools> Disk Defragment." It may run for a while if you do not defrag periodically, once a month or so.

It isn't most probably that being pregnant signs could already be taking place.. I spotted I used to be peeing a ton, and ended up being round four weeks. Before falling pregnant I could suppose I used to be pregnant, after which I could begin noticing most of these signs that were not relatively there. Best approach is to take a being pregnant scan. However, to the ladies who mentioned that you just could be throwing up for those who have been pregnant.. that's now not real. now not all pregnant ladies get morning health problem. well success! :)

RAM as said is Random Access Memory. It boosts your computer speed because it is system memory and not hardrive memory. (More RAM, faster the computer runs applications.)
